We at And Other Essentials know how important it is to receive your order in the finest condition, and on time. So we use multiple networks of courier partners to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Our delivery executives will attempt to deliver your product/s to you from Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm. At the moment our delivery executives do not deliver on Sunday & Bank holidays. Our shipping policy as below.
Carriers: We use a variety of carrier such as EcommExpress, WowExpress & Fedex to deliver your products. For regions that our delivery partners do not serve, we will use an alternate means to deliver your parcel to you, details of which will be shared with you via email. Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 1-3 days and you should receive the parcel between 3 – 7 working days.
Shipping Rates: Shipping is free for orders above Rs. 1,500. A flat fee of Rs. 150 is levied otherwise. We do not offer COD at the moment but do plan to introduce in the future.
Back Orders: In case an item from your order is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. Alternatively our customer support team will reach out to you incase you would like to replace it with another product. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
International Shipping: Yes we do ship internationally. However, the order placement and payments needs to be done offline. International Shipping will also incur a shipping charge which we will inform you off before the payment for the product has been made.
And Other Essentials reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation for doing under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made via registered email.
