We at And Other Essentials know how important it is to receive your order in the finest condition, and on time. So we use multiple networks of courier partners to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Our delivery executives will attempt to deliver your product/s to you from Monday – Friday 10am – 7pm. At the moment our delivery executives do not deliver on Sunday & Bank holidays. Our shipping policy as below.
Cancellations: And Other Essentials reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation for doing under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made via registered email or phone number. Any cancellation made from the customers side, will incur a Rs. 200 cancellation charge. Any delivery charges levied will not be refunded. The refund will be processed once we receive the parcel back at our store which is usually a period of 7 – 10 days. Incase a product is already delivered to you, cancellations will not be entertained.
